- Issue of shares, collect deposits and issue loan from/to the members in accordance with ASCCL policy.
- Arrange/organize loan from other institute for inadequate demand according tp subservient to Cooperative Act, Rules and by-rules.
- Develop program on various sectors including education, health, accommodation, transportation, agriculture, industry, trade, communication, hydropower, water, insurance and issue loan to the individual members or group.
- Promote / develop professional skill of the members through cooperative awareness campaign and generating training.
- Provide service to the members for the essential various works required in daily life with or without charge and ensure easy availability of daily commodity through sellers and make the payment convenient.
- Accept donation/gifts from donor entities.
- Conduct awareness events in coordination with other cooperative, organization or non-government organizations.
- Ensure approval of concerned authority for transaction of remittance.
- Initiate establishment of schools for quality education through cooperative.
- Conduct programme that encourages members and their family members for creative works by separating some portion of income.
- Other works as per the decision from Executives and General Assembly.
